We are a small 4th generation farm from Nebraska who over the course of time have been able to perfect our pork’s quality. All our hogs are disease free and raised all natural with absolutely no antibiotics or growth hormones. Every hog is raised with care and then the best are hand selected to be processed by our USDA inspected partners, Kensington Lockers and Main Street Market. Each cut of meat is individually sharp frozen and cryovaced to preserve freshness.
