Pork on a Fork was formed by two farm boys from Nebraska, Wes Hansen and Justin Erickson. Both were raised on hog farms and learned what real pork is supposed to taste like. Currently, we live in Arizona while Justin’s brother runs our just recently retired father’s farm. Pork on a Fork attends 5+ markets weekly throughout Arizona.

Pork on a Fork provides fresh, premium pork directly to consumers. We are a small 4th generation farm from Nebraska who over the course of time have been able to perfect our pork’s quality. All our hogs are disease free and raised all natural with absolutely no antibiotics or growth hormones. Every hog is raised with care and then the best are hand selected to be processed by our USDA inspected partners, Kensington Lockers and Main Street Market. It is then shipped to Pork on a Fork to be sold directly to the consumer. Each cut of meat is individually sharp frozen and cryovaced to preserve freshness. We offer several different cuts of fresh pork including Husker Chops, five different unique flavored brats, and three different cuts of bacon - just to name a few! We also offer award winning smoked meats that include Pork Loin, Baby Back Ribs, and BBQ Pulled Pork. They have been smoked in pecan wood for close to 10 hours….all you have to do is thaw, reheat, and EAT!
